Key Responsibilities
  • Offer evidence-based therapy services tailored to individual client needs, employing approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other effective modalities.
  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments to inform personalized treatment plans, ensuring all clinical documentation complies with regulatory standards.
  • Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, effectively utilizing video conferencing tools to create a warm, engaging, and therapeutic environment.
  • Partner with clients to set achievable goals and track progress through regular feedback and adjustments to treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists serve a varied population including children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and complex family dynamics. You will have the opportunity to specialize in your areas of passion; whether it be pediatric mental health or adult therapy concerns, you will play a key role in empowering clients on their recovery journeys.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
  • Current and active licensure in Arizona as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to practice independently.
Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of direct experience in providing therapeutic services is required. Experience working in a community health setting or with a managed care framework is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
