Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients to enhance their therapeutic experience.
  • Diagnose and evaluate mental health disorders while developing personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to assist patients in navigating their mental health journeys.
  • Regularly assess and monitor patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs and feedback.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and refer patients to additional specialists as appropriate to provide holistic care.
  • Document all patient interactions and treatment progress accurately and timely in our electronic health record (EHR) system.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily engage with a diverse patient population consisting of individuals, couples, and families. Our clients are often dealing with a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, substance use disorders, and other mental health conditions. You will work closely with clients to create tailored strategies that foster resilience, enhance coping skills, and promote emotional healing.

Qualifications
  • Valid LMFT license recognized in the state of Tennessee.
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Knowledge and understanding of current best practices in mental health care and therapy.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialized training or certification in addiction counseling or therapy for co-occurring disorders is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing evidence-based practices in therapeutic settings, particularly in outpatient environments.
  • Previous experience working in this field with diverse populations is preferred.
  • Strong capability to motivate and engage clients in their therapeutic process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience. In addition to your base salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
