The ideal candidate will work closely with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing acute mental health crises, chronic mental health issues, and those seeking personal growth and development. Our clients range from adolescents to adults and often include those navigating complex life challenges, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. Your expertise will directly impact their recovery journey, making your role crucial in promoting improved mental health outcomes.

  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and experience with brief therapy models akin to a hospital environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, skillfully managing a diverse caseload while prioritizing client-centric care.
Compensation and Benefits
  • An annual salary ranging from $80,000-$100,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
  • A comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, a retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
  • Access to continuing education resources, enhancing your professional development and clinical skills.
