Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Sunny Square, you will:

  • Conduct engaging group therapy sessions that promote connection and support among clients, allowing for shared experiences and mutual growth.
  • Provide individualized therapy, focusing on each client’s unique thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while guiding them in developing effective coping strategies and action plans.
  • Collaborate with clients to create personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their specific needs and aspirations.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress through various assessment tools, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights, coordinating care, and providing collective approaches for complex cases.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our outpatient treatment center caters specifically to young adults aged 18 to 30, offering specialized programming that blends evidence-based practices with holistic approaches. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
  • A valid Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license.

Preferred Experience
