Job Description:

A leading orthopedic group based in New York is seeking a highly skilled and fellowship-trained Musculoskeletal (MSK) Radiologist to join their growing team as a Teleradiologist. This is a remote position, offering flexibility to read MSK imaging studies from the comfort of your home or office.


As a teleradiologist, you will be responsible for interpreting high-quality MSK imaging (X-rays, MRIs, CTs, and Ultrasounds) to assist orthopedic surgeons with diagnosing a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. You will work closely with orthopedic specialists, providing timely, accurate, and comprehensive reports that directly contribute to the care of patients across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert remote reading and interpretation of MSK imaging, including X-rays, MRIs, CTs, and Ultrasounds.
  • Deliver clear, detailed, and timely radiology reports for orthopedic specialists.
  • Collaborate remotely with orthopedic surgeons and clinical teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all radiological reports.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, HIPAA, and company protocols.
  • Stay current with advancements in MSK radiology and orthopedic imaging techniques.


Qualifications:

  • Board-Certified Radiologist with a fellowship in Musculoskeletal Radiology.
  • Must be licensed to practice radiology in New York State.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience interpreting MSK imaging (X-rays, MRIs, CTs, Ultrasounds).
  • Proficiency in teleradiology software and technology platforms (experience with remote radiology reporting systems is preferred).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a strong commitment to quality and precision.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to handle high-volume caseloads and manage time effectively.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in orthopedic radiology and advanced MSK imaging techniques.
  • Prior experience working in a teleradiology environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with PACS systems and radiology reporting software.
