• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Employ a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailored to individuals, couples, and families.
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, offering a sense of community while addressing both common and complex mental health issues.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care that addresses all aspects of the individual's mental health.
• Provide crisis intervention strategies and emotional support during mental health emergencies, ensuring patients have access to immediate care when needed.
• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources that can enhance their support systems.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation of patient interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Stay updated on the latest research and trends in mental health therapy to enhance the quality of care provided to patients.

As a key member of our team, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use issues. Your expertise will play an essential role in helping them navigate their mental health journeys.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of Texas.
• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders and contemporary treatment methodologies.
• Demonstrated capability to conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and create effective treatment strategies.
• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy in a remote setting, catering to diverse client backgrounds.
• Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Commitment to ethical practices and professional boundaries in mental health care.
• Proficiency in EHR systems and digital communication tools appropriate for telehealth settings.
• Ability to collaborate seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team while being self-directed in your work.

• Experience in outpatient mental health therapy settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and best practices for remote therapy delivery.
• Previous involvement in psychoeducational programming or support group facilitation.
• Experience working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or those grappling with substance abuse disorders.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
