• Deliver individualized, couple, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s needs.
• Diligently maintain clinical documentation and treatment records in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Engage in regular clinical supervision and participate in staff meetings to review cases and share best practices.
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and support staff to coordinate comprehensive care plans and facilitate referrals as necessary.
• Proactively manage your schedule and caseload, with the ability to adjust your work hours to accommodate clients and optimize service delivery.

As a member of our clinical team, you will engage with a diverse client population facing a variety of mental health challenges, predominantly those linked to substance use or behavioral issues. Many clients may also deal with co-occurring disorders that complicate their recovery process. By building trusting relationships and employing a trauma-informed care approach, you will help clients develop coping strategies and resilience, ultimately leading to improved mental health and a higher quality of life.

• A master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Current, active, and unrestricted LCSW licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Proven clinical proficiency in individual, couple, and family therapy.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on maintaining organized documentation.
• Demonstrated capacity to work independently and manage a flexible schedule effectively.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience, ideally within a detox or substance abuse treatment setting.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
