We're a lean, fast-growing team, and we need a Paid Ads Specialist who can build and manage campaigns that drive real, measurable leads for our clients.

The Role
We're hiring a full-time, remote Paid Ads Specialist (Meta + Google) to own paid media strategy and execution across our client portfolio. You'll build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Local Services Ads, and Meta owning performance from budget to booked job. You'll work closely with our account management team to make sure paid results align with client goals.

What You'll Do

  1. Build and launch campaigns. Set up and manage Google Ads (Search, PMax), Local Services Ads, and Meta campaigns for home services clients across multiple markets.
  2. Optimize for performance. Monitor spend, CPL, and lead quality daily; adjust bids, budgets, targeting, and creative to hit client cost-per-lead targets.
  3. Own tracking and reporting. Set up conversion tracking (call tracking, form fills, GA4), maintain clean data, and deliver clear monthly performance reports clients can actually understand.
  4. Write and test ad creative. Draft ad copy, coordinate creative assets, and run structured A/B tests to improve CTR and conversion rates.
  5. Manage budgets across accounts. Allocate and pace spend across a portfolio of client accounts without overspending or underdelivering.
  6. Partner with account managers. Communicate performance, flag issues early, and recommend strategy shifts based on what the data shows.
  7. Stay sharp. Keep up with platform changes, new ad formats, and what's working in home services lead gen.


What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns; LSA and Meta experience a strong plus
  • Experience in home services, local lead gen, or agency environments is a strong plus
  • Comfortable owning accounts end-to-end strategy, build, optimization, reporting without heavy hand-holding
  • Data-driven; you make decisions based on CPL and lead quality, not vanity metrics
  • Strong communicator who can explain performance to non-technical clients and teammates
  • High sense of urgency wasted spend is wasted money, and slow reactions cost clients leads
  • Self-starter who thrives in a lean, remote, fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

  • Google Ads certification
  • Experience with call tracking platforms (CallRail or similar) and GA4
  • Familiarity with landing page optimization and CRO basics
  • Experience managing $50k+/month in aggregate ad spend
