Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.
  • Ensure all required documentation is completed promptly and meets regulatory standards.
  • Apply evidence-based screening tools as indicated by clinical team protocols to assess client needs accurately.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that align with each clientโ€™s unique needs.
  • Engage actively in all licensing and accreditation processes to uphold our clinicโ€™s high standards of care.
  • Serve as a vital link to relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners, facilitating seamless access to services for our clients.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels that support contract compliance and advance the mission of our organization in the community.
  • Build relationships with a range of local, state, federal, and private entities to promote our programs and identify resources for potential partnerships and funding opportunities.
  • Pursue professional development through attendance at conferences, workshops, and other relevant events that enhance your knowledge and skills.
  • Integrate and promote the agencyโ€™s mission, values, and principles in all aspects of your work.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to a responsive and collaborative work environment.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to serve a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing emotional distress, those recovering from substance use disorders, and clients with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s Degree in a mental health field is required.
  • Possession of an Independent LMHC License.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience
