• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes with accuracy and within required timelines to ensure compliance with department policies.
• Provide therapeutic counseling and crisis intervention to address emotional and behavioral challenges, using evidence-based practices specific to trauma-informed care.
• Engage with clients' families and support systems to facilitate a holistic approach to treatment and effective discharge planning.
• Utilize digital platforms effectively for therapy sessions, supportive documentation, and coordination with healthcare providers.

As an LICSW at Grove Harmony Healing Center, your primary focus will be on children and adolescents who exhibit emotional disturbances stemming from trauma or abuse. You will work empathetically with diverse patient backgrounds and varying levels of behavioral and developmental challenges, empowering them and their families through tailored therapeutic interventions.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited program.
• Active and unrestricted LICSW licensure in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of 3 years of unsupervised, post-licensure experience in clinical social work.
• Proficient skills in digital tools including word processing, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records management.
• Experience with telehealth platforms, ensuring seamless communication and patient engagement.

While not mandatory, candidates with expertise in treating a broad age range, including both children and adolescents, will be viewed favorably. Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and resilience-focused therapeutic approaches will enhance your candidacy.
