Key Responsibilities

  • Develop personalized treatment plans that lay out specific goals and interventions, consistently monitoring and adapting the plans based on clients' feedback and progress.
  • Empower clients by teaching effective coping strategies, stress management techniques, and resilience-building skills essential for navigating lifeโ€™s challenges.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other counselors, to ensure integrated care that meets clients' comprehensive needs.
  • Maintain confidential and accurate records of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The LPC will focus on a diverse clientele, ranging from adolescents to adults, who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, adjustment issues, or other mental health challenges. Our clientele is drawn from various backgrounds, and as such, the ideal candidate should be culturally competent and sensitive to the unique experiences of each individual.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required for this position.
  • An active state license as a Professional Counselor is essential to practice independently.
