In this high-impact role, you will take full ownership of end-to-end product vision, prioritizing high-value features that empower AECO stakeholders to build faster, safer, and more sustainably. You will bridge technical delivery and business strategy while expanding your impact across a global industrial technology ecosystem.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product backlog strategy, prioritizing high-impact feature releases that maximize customer and business value.

  • Partner with cross-functional development, design, and business teams to translate complex user needs into actionable user stories and sprint plans.

  • Direct hands-on technical initiatives, optimizing SQL processes, JavaScript integrations, and client database frameworks to enhance software capabilities.

  • Spearhead customer requirements definition and lead interactive client training sessions to ensure continuous feedback and optimal adoption.

  • Oversee user acceptance testing and release management pipelines to ensure seamless, high-quality solution delivery.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience operating as a consulting professional or in a closely aligned role.

  • Strong hands-on background working within Agile and Scrum methodologies.

  • Demonstrated technical capability with SQL scripting, database management, and basic JavaScript integration concepts.

  • Proven capability to gather customer requirements, define clear acceptance criteria, and conduct data-driven business analysis.

  • Exceptional collaborative communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
