• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to determine the psychosocial needs of patients and families, formulating individualized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices.
• Administer tailored therapeutic interventions, applying solution-focused methodologies to assist patients in coping with end-of-life issues, grief, and emotional distress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical records and care plans, ensuring compliance with legal standards and organizational policies.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and chaplains, to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance service delivery and improve patient outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• An active and valid LCSW license in the state of Kansas is required.
