Work Environment

This role is fully remote, providing you with the flexibility to manage your schedule while fulfilling your passion for helping others. You will conduct individual therapy sessions using secure video conferencing technology. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients utilizing video chat platforms, providing support and guidance in their mental health journeys.
• Foster open discussions about clients' emotions and experiences to enhance their self-awareness and personal growth.
• Advocate for clients' psychological needs, assisting them in setting realistic and meaningful goals for their mental well-being.
• Assess clients' mental health status through comprehensive evaluations, creating tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clientele will consist of pre-screened, stable adults experiencing low-acuity mental health concerns. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology, enabling you to provide high-quality therapy.
• Hold a full license to practice independently (such as LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C), with experience in mental health counseling.
• Demonstrated strength in clinical skills, including the ability to create effective treatment plans.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. As a full-time counselor, you will also receive a monthly healthcare stipend designed to support your well-being.
