• Engage in individual and family counseling sessions, providing emotional support and therapeutic techniques to help clients navigate life’s obstacles.
• Facilitate crisis interventions and risk assessments, ensuring that clients have personalized safety plans and adequate support during emergencies.
• Establish collaborative relationships with community organizations to coordinate comprehensive care and advocate effectively for clients in need.
• Participate actively in community outreach to raise awareness about our services and promote engagement with the clinic.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through participation in team meetings, case conferences, and staff training to enhance the quality of care provided.

Your work will have a direct impact on a multifaceted client base, including individuals and families facing challenges related to homelessness, domestic violence, mental health disorders, substance abuse, and poverty. By employing a strengths-based approach, you will advocate for clients while actively listening to their stories, validating their experiences, and supporting their journey toward positive change.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong understanding of social and economic justice issues affecting the community.
• Proficiency in trauma-informed care principles and culturally competent practices.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Previous experience within a social service agency or healthcare setting is preferred, particularly in roles involving case management or counseling.
