As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive bio-psychosocial evaluations to understand the barriers to treatment and enhance patients' health statuses.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that include both individual and group therapy modalities.
• Collaborating with medical and support staff to coordinate comprehensive care programs, ensuring adherence to the NASW Code of Ethics.

• Documenting social work activities accurately and consistently in patients' medical records, adhering to departmental standards.

You will serve a diverse patient population that may include individuals facing various emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, family conflicts, and trauma. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

While not mandatory, the following experiences are highly desirable:

• Six months to one year of clinical experience within health or mental health settings, particularly with populations similar to those served by our organization.
• Training in specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to address the needs of our diverse client base.
