Remote Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor LPCC - Full-Time Telehealth Role in Kentucky

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor LPCC to provide remote mental health counseling services to clients across Kentucky. In this role, you will meet with clients through a secure telehealth platform, complete clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapy for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life changes, relationship concerns, and other behavioral health needs.

Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual counseling sessions through a secure telehealth platform
  • Complete intake assessments and gather relevant clinical history
  • Create treatment plans based on each client's goals, symptoms, and care needs
  • Use evidence-based counseling approaches such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, or solution-focused therapy
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the electronic health record
  • Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed
  • Support clients with coping skills, emotional regulation, stress management, and behavioral health goals
  • Follow ethical, legal, and HIPAA standards for remote counseling services
  • Maintain professional boundaries and a consistent standard of clinical care

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
  • Active Kentucky Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor LPCC license in good standing
  • Previous experience providing therapy in an outpatient, private practice, community mental health, or telehealth setting
  • Strong understanding of clinical assessment, treatment planning, and progress documentation
  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and secure digital communication tools
  • Ability to work independently while meeting clinical and documentation expectations
  • Reliable internet connection and a private workspace suitable for confidential sessions

Benefits

  • $115,000-$120,000 per year
  • Full-time remote position
  • 2 weeks PTO
  • Health Insurance
  • 401K Plan with 3% Company Match
  • Monday-Friday schedule
  • Supportive administrative systems
  • No commute and no office-based caseload management
