Heart & Listen Clinical Counseling is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) to join our dynamic team in a full-time remote position. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to formulate individualized therapy plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Implement a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Provide counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing various mental health challenges and goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care; this may involve communication with medical professionals, social workers, and community resources.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay informed about the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use issues, and relationship challenges. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting is essential.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) software and technology to manage client information effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with clients from various backgrounds.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a healthcare team, demonstrating a commitment to multidisciplinary approaches in client care.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is highly desirable.
• A deep understanding of legal and ethical standards in clinical practice is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
