• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students to evaluate their mental health needs, including identifying social determinants that influence their experiences.
• Offer individualized one-on-one counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Lead group therapy sessions focused on providing peer support, enhancing coping strategies, and delivering psychoeducation to students facing similar challenges.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that include clear, measurable goals and interventions based on each client’s unique context.
• Provide crisis intervention services for students experiencing acute distress, which may involve conducting risk assessments and creating safety plans.
• Advocate for students' rights, offering resources to help them navigate both healthcare systems and community services, ensuring they have access to the necessary support.
• Document all client interactions meticulously, maintaining accurate, confidential records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• Demonstrated clinical experience in social work and counseling, particularly within educational or community mental health settings.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, families, and staff.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 95,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
