• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health conditions, collecting relevant histories and determining their therapeutic needs.
• Create and implement personalized therapy plans integrating diverse therapeutic techniques, adjusting approaches as necessary to meet clients' evolving needs.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions in various formats to address behavioral issues and promote positive coping strategies.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and security in electronic medical record systems.
• Participate in ongoing professional training and workshops to keep up with the latest evidence-based practices in mental health counseling.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be instrumental in empowering clients to navigate their difficulties, utilizing strength-based and solution-focused methodologies tailored to individuals, couples, and families.

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Current, valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience providing therapy in a mental health setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge and experience using electronic medical record systems are highly recommended.

• Experience with crisis intervention and stabilization techniques.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
