Job description

Position Overview

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking knowledgeable and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our team in Boulder, Colorado. This full-time position offers the unique opportunity to work remotely, allowing you to connect with clients in need of mental health support from the comfort of your own space. Our objective is to address the increasing demand for mental healthcare by providing accessible online therapy, thereby enhancing the well-being of our community.

About the Organization

At Gotham Enterprises Ltd, we pride ourselves on being a global leader in teletherapy. With a commitment to making mental health services more accessible and effective, we integrate innovative technologies into our therapeutic practice. Our platform focuses on delivering high-quality care while minimizing the administrative burdens often associated with traditional therapy settings. We aim to improve mental health outcomes by leveraging the convenience and flexibility of virtual counseling.

Work Environment

Our work environment is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to create a work-life balance that suits your lifestyle. You will benefit from a supportive team of professionals while firmly maintaining independence in your practice. We recognize the importance of a conducive work setting; therefore, our therapists are required to have a dedicated and private space to conduct sessions, complying with confidentiality and privacy standards.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will:

  • Provide individual, couple, and family counseling through online platforms, offering a supportive and safe environment for clients to discuss their challenges.
  • Utilize minimal paperwork practices to focus on direct client interaction, with technical systems in place to handle documentation efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals as needed, ensuring a holistic approach to clients’ care.
  • Engage in continuous professional development by utilizing a rich library of therapy tools and resources available on our platform.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will comprise diverse individuals seeking support related to family dynamics, marital issues, and various mental health challenges. All clients are pre-screened to ensure stability and low acuity, providing you with a focused caseload that allows for meaningful interaction and effective treatment.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • A valid and fully active LMFT license in the state of Colorado, with no disciplinary actions against your license.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to establish professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A self-directed work ethic, independence in managing client caseloads, and adaptability to remote work challenges.
Preferred Experience

While the following are not mandatory, we highly value candidates with:

  • Multistate licensure or dual certifications, enhancing your ability to serve a wider range of clients.
  • Previous experience in teletherapy, with comfort using virtual communication tools for counseling.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:

  • A significant sign-on bonus upon treating your first client within two weeks of joining.
  • Comprehensive healthcare benefits to support your health and well-being.
  • Access to thousands of innovative therapy tools and resources, enhancing your practice.
  • Minimal administrative burdens, allowing a focus on client care rather than excessive paperwork.
Career Growth Opportunities

Gotham Enterprises Ltd fosters a culture of professional development and growth. We encourage our therapists to participate in training workshops, conferences, and networking opportunities to enrich their skills and grow within the organization. Your contributions are vital to our mission, and we are committed to helping you reach your professional goals.

Why Join Our Team

Joining Gotham Enterprises Ltd means being part of a mission-driven organization that values innovation, creativity, and compassion in the field of mental health. You will have the opportunity to help others while enjoying a flexible schedule that lets you pursue a balanced lifestyle.
