As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will:

• Provide individual, couple, and family counseling through online platforms, offering a supportive and safe environment for clients to discuss their challenges.
• Utilize minimal paperwork practices to focus on direct client interaction, with technical systems in place to handle documentation efficiently.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals as needed, ensuring a holistic approach to clients’ care.
• Engage in continuous professional development by utilizing a rich library of therapy tools and resources available on our platform.

Your clients will comprise diverse individuals seeking support related to family dynamics, marital issues, and various mental health challenges. All clients are pre-screened to ensure stability and low acuity, providing you with a focused caseload that allows for meaningful interaction and effective treatment.

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid and fully active LMFT license in the state of Colorado, with no disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to establish professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
• A self-directed work ethic, independence in managing client caseloads, and adaptability to remote work challenges.

While the following are not mandatory, we highly value candidates with:

• Multistate licensure or dual certifications, enhancing your ability to serve a wider range of clients.
• Previous experience in teletherapy, with comfort using virtual communication tools for counseling.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
