• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations upon intake.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse populations, including individuals, families, and couples, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short therapy.

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Hopeful Balance Counseling, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance misuse. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Must hold an active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing counseling services, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards applicable to clinical practice.
