California's largest law firm focused exclusively on probate litigation and administration needs an attorney who can walk into a probate courtroom, command a deposition and guide clients through some of the most emotionally charged legal disputes they will ever face.

You will manage complex trust and estate litigation matters from inception through trial while building your own reputation in a firm that actively supports speaking engagements, publications and business development.

What you need to bring:

  • Active California Bar license in good standing
  • 5 or more years of probate and trust litigation experience OR 8 to 10 or more years of civil or family law litigation experience with strong job stability
  • Experience handling depositions, mediations, hearings and trial
  • Experience with conservatorship, guardianship and probate administration matters
  • Strong references required
