Work Environment

This remote role is conducted entirely through telehealth services, enabling flexibility in your work schedule while promoting a healthy work-life balance. Our full-time positions operate Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to maintain a consistent routine. Here, you will be supported by a proficient administrative team that handles scheduling and medical documentation, ensuring you can fully concentrate on delivering high-quality care to your clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Create personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting actionable goals based on their unique needs and circumstances.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services focusing on prevention and wellness, utilizing approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client interactions and progress notes in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.
• Engage in regular consultations with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists and social workers, to facilitate integrated care and improve patient outcomes.
• Manage a full caseload, ensuring to maintain ongoing engagement with clients through follow-ups and reviews of their treatment plans, adapting as necessary to meet evolving needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a mental health counselor with You Can Counseling Solutions, you will work with diverse patient demographics, addressing a variety of mental health concerns ranging from anxiety disorders to depression and relationship issues. You will have the privilege of helping clients navigate their mental health journeys through compassionate care and evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Arizona.
• Experience with solution-focused therapy or other evidence-based practices is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to maintaining a professional and supportive environment for clients.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a clinical setting, providing therapy and counseling services.
• Experience with telehealth technology and virtual therapy sessions is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
