As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized treatment plans that address clients' mental health challenges.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create positive behavior support plans and crisis intervention strategies.
• Utilizing clinical tools and methodologies, such as evidence-based screening tools, to enhance treatment efficacy.
