As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating individual, couples, and family therapy sessions focused on addressing issues such as relationship conflict, grief and loss, and mental health disorders.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to diagnose and treat a range of psychological issues, including anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Providing referrals to other specialists when clients' needs extend beyond the scope of therapy.
• Monitoring client progress and making necessary treatment adjustments to promote effective outcomes.
• Documenting treatment sessions and maintaining accurate client records as per state regulations and agency policies.

Your work will directly impact our diverse client population, including individuals and families dealing with relationships, behavioral issues, and mental health disorders. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated experience and proficiency in individual and family therapy techniques.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Ability to work independently while also being an integral part of a collaborative team.

While not mandatory, the following experiences are advantageous:

• Experience working in outpatient settings or community mental health.
