Position Overview

Empowerment Mental Care Counseling, PLLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote outpatient team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to engage in meaningful therapeutic work with individuals recovering from substance use disorders in a supportive detoxification environment.

Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements while maintaining a high standard of client care. As a part of our detox center team, you will work collaboratively with other health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans that cater to the needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather essential information regarding clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.
  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using a variety of evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
  • Design and implement personalized treatment plans that encompass client goals and strategies, adapting interventions as necessary to ensure efficacy.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
  • An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential for this position.
