• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather essential information regarding clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using a variety of evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that encompass client goals and strategies, adapting interventions as necessary to ensure efficacy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to guarantee coordinated care and client-centered approaches.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment, developing safety plans to address immediate concerns for our clients.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, fostering a sense of community and support among clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in adherence to ethical and legal standards to ensure compliance and facilitate integrated care.

In this role, you will work primarily with clients navigating the complexities of recovery in the detox phase of treatment. You will engage with a diverse client base, including individuals facing co-occurring mental health disorders alongside substance use challenges. Your efforts will directly contribute to their path towards recovery, helping them to rebuild their lives and improve their overall mental health.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential for this position.
• Two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is required, providing a foundation for your therapeutic practice.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities and a commitment to ongoing professional development in therapeutic techniques.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills that foster meaningful connections with clients.

• Experience in substance use disorder treatment or detox settings is highly preferred.
• A background in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care is beneficial, enhancing your ability to respond effectively to client needs.
