• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health conditions, forming accurate clinical diagnoses and developing tailored treatment plans to meet their unique needs.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy that utilizes evidence-based therapeutic modalities, ensuring each session is client-centered and goal-oriented.
• Provide crisis intervention services to those in acute distress, offering immediate support and guidance to help clients navigate challenging situations.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in collaborative efforts with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, enhancing the scope of care through effective interdisciplinary teamwork.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, empowering them to understand treatment options and community resources, while advocating for client needs.
• Commit to ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and study of best practices in therapeutic techniques.

This role will involve working with a wide range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your therapeutic approach will adapt to meet the diverse needs of our clientele, focusing on evidence-based interventions that support their unique journeys toward mental wellness.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) is required.
• A bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is a minimum requirement; advanced degrees are preferred.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health setting.
• Exceptional communication skills with a strong ability to connect with diverse populations.

While specific clinical setting experience is preferred, we value dedication and passion for mental health and wellness as core components of our team. Those new to the field with relevant education and internships will also be considered.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 based on experience, along with a sign-on bonus for exemplary candidates.
