• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health concerns of clients, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions using a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of clients.
• Foster a collaborative therapeutic relationship by engaging clients in establishing achievable goals and closely monitoring their progress throughout treatment.
• Provide flexible teletherapy options for clients who may face accessibility challenges or prefer virtual sessions, ensuring continuity of care.
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards in mental health practice.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including training in evidence-based frameworks—referred to as “care pathways”—designed by our organization.

Your role will primarily focus on treating adolescents and young adults who are seeking mental health support. You will engage with a diverse patient population, addressing various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Your therapeutic interventions will play a crucial role in fostering resilience and promoting mental well-being for these clients.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD is required.
• Strong proficiency in utilizing technology for telehealth service delivery, including familiarity with tools like Google Suite and electronic health records.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, allowing for effective interaction with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Commitment to presenting a neat, professional image and maintaining a compassionate and empathetic demeanor during client interactions.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, particularly within a telehealth setting.
• Demonstrated efficacy in working with adolescents and young adults, with an understanding of their unique challenges and needs.
• Willingness to engage in continuous training to deepen expertise in our organization’s evidence-based treatment frameworks.
• Ability to work independently with a reliable internet connection, ensuring a dedicated and private environment for patient confidentiality.
