Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional states, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that cater to each client's unique needs, integrating evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions, ensuring that interventions are tailored to the specific contexts and backgrounds of the clients.
• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to effectively address their evolving needs.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress, implementing appropriate de-escalation techniques and safety plans.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists, to coordinate holistic care for clients.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed on the latest mental health research and treatment methodologies.
• Participate in regular supervision and training sessions, promoting skill enhancement and professional growth.
• Adhere consistently to ethical standards and best practices as outlined by relevant licensing boards and mental health organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adult clients, many of whom are navigating complex emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By employing compassionate care approaches and therapeutic interventions, you will help clients cultivate resilience and achieve greater emotional stability. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, specifically LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills to thoroughly understand client needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering strong therapeutic relationships.
