This full-time remote position allows qualified individuals to provide vital mental health services to clients in need. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional states, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans that cater to each client's unique needs, integrating evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.
  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions, ensuring that interventions are tailored to the specific contexts and backgrounds of the clients.
  • Regularly monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to effectively address their evolving needs.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress, implementing appropriate de-escalation techniques and safety plans.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
  • Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, specifically LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
  • Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills to thoroughly understand client needs.
