As a Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting empathetic and ethical individual therapy sessions via video chat.
• Utilizing evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Developing comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that address each client's behavioral and mental health goals.
• Facilitating clients' exploration of emotions, relationships, and personal experiences to foster insight and recovery.
• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to support the development of healthy coping mechanisms.

Your clients will primarily consist of stable, low-acuity adults seeking support through teletherapy. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse populations, allowing you to tailor your therapeutic approach to meet their specific needs and preferences. To be considered for the Mental Health Counselor position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess a Master's degree or higher in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, or psychology.
• Hold a current state license as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).
• Be independently licensed to practice without supervision.
• Have no prior disciplinary actions against your license.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to therapy.
• Be proficient in using technology, with a stable internet connection to facilitate remote counseling.

• Experience in telehealth or video counseling is highly desirable.
• Background in working with adult populations, particularly in outpatient settings.
• Familiarity with person-centered and recovery-oriented therapeutic models.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, part-time counselors can expect an annual salary of approximately USD 65,000 based on hours worked.
