Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health issues and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions, utilizing secure telehealth platforms, to effectively address clients' psychological needs.
• Engage in collaborative goal-setting with clients, devising realistic therapeutic objectives and employing strategies that encourage sustained growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions. This variety requires adaptability and a strong understanding of various therapeutic approaches to engage effectively with different client demographics.

Qualifications

• A current, valid professional license (such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD) is mandatory.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, though a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to build rapport with clients in a virtual format.
• Empathy and compassion, demonstrating an understanding of diverse client backgrounds and experiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities to navigate a busy caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the mental health field, preferably in a telehealth or remote setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms to streamline client management and communications.
• Experience in a collaborative therapeutic setting, showcasing teamwork with fellow professionals to enhance client care.
