• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate each client’s mental health status and emotional landscape, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals and align with evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to meet diverse needs.
• Continuously monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients who need urgent support, employing de-escalation techniques as required.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, licensed social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic client care.
• Regularly pursue continuing education opportunities to stay current with evolving mental health research and best practices.
• Engage in clinical supervision and participate in team meetings to improve service delivery and professional skills.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Rosewood Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse client population, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Our clients come from varied backgrounds and have unique stories, offering you the opportunity to make profound connections as you support their healing process.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to respond adaptively to clinical situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding toward clients.
• Proven ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
• Knowledge of ethical guidelines and regulations governing mental health practices.

• A minimum of three years of post-graduate clinical experience in a related field.
• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding cultural competency in therapeutic practices.
• Familiarity with teletherapy practices and tools.
