• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ social, emotional, and psychological needs.
• Provide individual and group counseling using evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address various mental health challenges.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized service plans tailored to clients' goals and changing needs.
• Serve as an advocate for clients, assisting them in accessing necessary resources and addressing social justice issues pertinent to their situations.
• Participate in program development, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring that services are effective and responsive to community needs.
• Collaborate with local community organizations, government agencies, and volunteers to enhance the reach and effectiveness of our programs.

The LCSW will work closely with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families from various backgrounds who face challenges such as trauma, mental illness, and socioeconomic hardships. • A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Previous experience working in a nonprofit organization or similar setting is preferred to enhance service delivery.
