Join our team as a Marketing Events Specialist and help bring our brand to life through high-impact events, campaigns, and experiences around the world.

Primary Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Coordinate trade shows, conferences, customer user groups, webinars, and internal events

Manage event logistics including vendors, venues, travel, shipping, booth materials, and event assets

Manage purchase orders, invoices, payments, and contracts

Track timelines, tasks, and deliverables using project management tools to keep projects on schedule

Coordinate event kickoff meetings, stakeholder communications, and post-event activities

Manage event lead collection, distribution, reporting, and post-event analysis

Execute event promotion through email campaigns, social media, and other marketing channels

Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other internal teams to ensure alignment on event objectives

Support additional marketing initiatives, campaigns, and projects as needed

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, communications or related

5+ years of relevant experience including project management in a marketing events environment

Experience coordinating trade shows and conferences

Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment

Bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and spoken)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Desired Qualifications

Experience with Jira or equivalent project management tools

B2B or tech/SaaS industry events experience

Experience with email campaigns or marketing automation platforms

Experience with digital or virtual event platforms

Language Requirements

This position requires bilingualism (French and English). Proficiency in English is essential, as the role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and clients on a global scale, where English is the primary language of communication.
