Job Title: Financial Advisor

Location: Gainesville or Whitesboro, TX (North of Dallas) – Fully In Office

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission (Relocation Assistance Available)


Overview

This high-performing agency is seeking a hungry, sharp Financial Advisor to join a 19-person team supporting a $40M+ P&C book of business. This is a full-time, dedicated financial services role focused on selling mutual funds, investments, annuities, and life insurance into an established client base and local community.

This role is a key strategic hire designed to deepen client relationships and increase retention across the agency. Top performers will have the opportunity to grow into future State Farm agency ownership.

Key Responsibilities

●      Sell mutual funds, investments, annuities, and life insurance products

●      Prospect and develop new business within the local market

●      Conduct client discovery and recommend appropriate financial solutions

●      Build and manage a personal book of business

●      Participate in joint appointments with Jim for mentorship and deal support

●      Contribute to increasing overall client retention across the agency

●      Maintain strong in-office presence to build relationships and capture walk-in traffic

Qualifications

●      Active Series 6 and Series 65 licenses 

●      Active Life & Health license

●      Approximately 1–5 years of financial services or investment sales experience

●      Experience selling mutual funds, investments, annuities, or life insurance

●      Strong verbal communication and professional presence

●      Ability to work fully in office in Gainesville or Whitesboro, TX
