Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients utilizing secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring confidentiality and rapport.
• Assess individual client needs through thorough evaluations and active listening, creating customized treatment plans that are regularly updated based on client progress.
• Offer individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques to facilitate healing and personal growth.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records, including detailed progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychologists and social workers, to deliver coordinated care and enhance treatment outcomes.
• Participate in routine supervision and training to stay updated on best practices and advancements in the mental health field.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or a related field is required.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
