  • Collaborate across programs to design and implement positive behavior support plans that cater to the unique needs of clients.
  • Engage in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that we meet all necessary compliance and quality standards.
  • Serve as a liaison with local service systems, state agencies, and community partners, advocating for our clients and their needs.
  • Create and nurture relationships with various agencies and organizations to foster collaboration and secure new partnerships and resources.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities, including attending workshops and conferences relevant to mental health, and contribute to statewide initiatives.
  • Uphold and integrate the organizationโ€™s mission, values, and principles in daily work and client interactions.
  • Perform additional duties as required by the Clinic Director to support our mission and client care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This position will involve working primarily with diverse clients confronting various mental health challenges, including emotional difficulties, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and those recovering from brain injuries. Your expertise will play a critical role in helping these individuals realize their potential through tailored therapeutic interventions and support systems.

Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree in a behavioral health field is essential to qualify for this role.
  • Candidates must possess an independent LMHC license issued by the state board of Washington.
  • Proficiency in maintaining clinical records, preparing comprehensive reports, and meeting regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team, ensuring integrated and holistic client care.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the capability to articulate ideas effectively for multiple stakeholders.
  • Sound judgment and the capacity to make informed, independent decisions based on clinical expertise.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in an outpatient counseling setting is highly desirable.
  • Experience with evidence-based therapies and practices specific to mental health care.
  • Familiarity with local and state mental health systems and resources enhances your application.
Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 86,000 to 103,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Ongoing professional development opportunities to help you grow in your field.
  • Regular supervision provided, along with additional opportunities for ongoing mentorship.
  • Flexible scheduling to support a work-life balance.
  • Paid time off and sick leave to ensure you have the necessary breaks.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Dependent care accounts to assist with family needs.
  • A hire-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
