Job description

Senior Data Scientist

Job Type: Full-time / Remote

Time Zone: PST time zone

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to play a key role in advancing our marketing intelligence capabilities. This role bridges the gap between data science, product development, and customer engagement—designing and implementing reliable measurement solutions that help businesses understand and optimize their marketing performance. The ideal candidate thrives in both analytical problem-solving and translating complex technical insights into actionable business strategies.

You'll work closely with customers, internal engineering, and product teams to refine forecasting models, improve experimentation frameworks, and enhance the accuracy of marketing measurement tools. This position offers strong mentorship, hands-on project ownership, and the opportunity to grow expertise in marketing analytics, machine learning, and data-driven product innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, refine, and maintain data science–powered marketing measurement products.
  • Improve forecasting and experimentation models to enhance accuracy and expand analytical coverage.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Partner with customers to explain statistical concepts, troubleshoot issues, and gather insights to guide product improvements.
  • Support non-technical stakeholders by clearly communicating technical results and recommendations.
  • Contribute to model deployment and validation processes to ensure reliability and scalability.
