• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for both adults and children to identify mental health needs and concerns.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual assessments, ensuring regular follow-ups and adjustments as necessary.
• Engage actively with multidisciplinary teams, contributing your insights to develop cohesive treatment strategies that support improved client outcomes.
• Deliver a range of therapeutic interventions—including individual therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy—using evidenced-based practices.
• Remain informed about current mental health trends and best practices to continually enhance your therapeutic approach and client care.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds, couples seeking to strengthen their relationship, and families in need of cohesive support. You will engage with clients experiencing a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and transition challenges. Our goal is to tailor our interventions to match each client’s unique circumstances, promoting healthier relationships and personal growth.

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Possession of a full Clinical Licensure (LMFT) is mandatory.
• Demonstrated strong communication skills and the ability to forge meaningful connections with clients.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a diverse team setting.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing therapy services.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
• Experience working in a community mental health setting is a plus.
