• Deliver therapy via a secure telehealth platform, utilizing video and audio technology to foster therapeutic connections.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals, taking into consideration individual circumstances and cultural backgrounds.
• Provide crisis intervention services for clients in immediate distress, employing effective strategies to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with state regulations and organizational protocols.
• Engage in continuous education regarding the latest best practices in mental health treatment and teletherapy, ensuring delivery of high-quality counseling.

You will be working primarily with diverse adult clients who seek support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. • Must hold a current California license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT, or be eligible for licensure in the state.
• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish rapport and therapeutic alliances in a virtual setting.
• Keen awareness of the unique challenges and strategies involved in providing mental health services online.

• A minimum of two years of counseling or therapeutic experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a background in managing a varied caseload.
• Experience working with diverse populations, showcasing sensitivity to different cultural identities and mental health needs.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and online therapy platforms is highly advantageous.
