This position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance while still being part of a collaborative team. You will primarily work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required to meet patient needs. • Conduct thorough clinical assessments, employing evidence-based practices to craft individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and additional evidence-backed techniques, ensuring effective delivery of care.
• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring data integrity and privacy.
• Engage in close collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team, improving patient care through shared insights and integrated approaches.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review sessions, contributing actively to discussions aimed at enhancing service quality.

• A Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling is required. A Master’s degree or higher in these disciplines is preferred.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois.
• Demonstrated understanding and application of solution-focused psychological interventions to enhance therapeutic efficacy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interactions with clients and colleagues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex client scenarios effectively.
