Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients' mental health history and needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals and evidence-based practices.
• Provide individual and group therapy via video conferencing, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment for all clients.
• Utilize secure messaging on the Simple Practice platform for client communication, addressing queries and providing resources as needed.
• Document clinical progress and modify treatment approaches based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.
• Participate in regular supervision and consultation meetings to enhance therapeutic techniques and share insights with colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, including teens, adults, and couples, each facing unique challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping these individuals navigate their mental health journeys and improve their overall well-being.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current licensure as a mental health clinician (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) is mandatory.
• Minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling and treatment planning.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• Proficient with video conferencing tools and comfortable providing therapy in a digital format.

Compensation and Benefits
