This role offers a completely remote work environment, allowing you to manage your practice from the comfort of your home in Ocean Shores, Washington, or anywhere with a reliable internet connection. You will engage with clients through a variety of digital communication tools, including secure video calls, audio messages, online journals, and clinical worksheets, facilitating a holistic approach to care.

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine the mental health needs of each client.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical judgement and expertise to address issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship challenges.
• Utilize our all-in-one platform to offer flexible interaction methods, engaging clients through video sessions, audio communications, and tracking their progress through goal-setting programs.
• Collaborate with peers using a robust forum to discuss case strategies and best practices, gaining insights from a community of over 10,000 mental health professionals.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Adapt treatment approaches as necessary to meet the evolving needs of clients, ensuring they feel supported and understood throughout their therapeutic journey.

Your clientele will primarily consist of stable, low-acuity adults facing conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), relationship issues, and grief. Our platform strictly screens for patients, ensuring you engage only with individuals who fit within this demographic, thereby fostering a productive therapeutic environment.

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• A valid professional license (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or PsyD) issued by the state of Washington.
• A dependable internet connection and access to a working computer or laptop (please note, tablets are not supported).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients through a virtual platform.

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is beneficial but not mandatory; however, proficiency with technology-enabled counseling methods is advantageous.
• Experience working with adult populations experiencing a range of mental health concerns.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques is preferred for effective client management.

The compensation package for this role is competitive, with annual earnings ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, based on experience and qualifications.
