As a Senior Consultant, you will be a technical expert on the implementation and configuration of Flexera's cloud and on-premises solutions. This role requires a strong consultative and technical background as well as a creative approach to solve problems. This role will need to build trust and confidence and act as an advisor for customer stakeholders to drives usage, adoption, and loyalty.

You will join the Consulting Services practice in India. This team is part of Global Consulting Services within the Customer Experience organization.

Consulting Services is focused on helping customers and partners deploy and configure Flexera's cloud and on-premises solutions to solve complex problems and achieve their business outcomes.

This role is full-time, permanent, and is remote, India.

Your Responsibilities

Analyze customer requirements and translate into specification documents

Work with customer subject matter experts to successfully integrate Flexera's cloud or on-premises solutions from kick-off to close-out

Assist customers to convert their on-premises solution of Flexera to Flexera's SaaS offering

Design and create integrations between Flexera's solutions and customer's third-party systems

Create high-quality documentation

Deliver project specific solution enablement and standard product training

Scope projects and help prepare services descriptions and effort estimations

Bring innovation and new ideas to existing processes to increase standards and quality

Required Skills

Effective communication to technical stakeholders

Engaging presentation style

Consultative thinking and creative problem-solving approach

Self-starter attitude with ability to troubleshoot and conduct own research on solutions

8+ years' experience as a consultant in the IT industry

Ability to contribute to multiple projects running in parallel

Solid understanding of networking concepts and IT security

Basic knowledge about software deployment, discovery, and inventory solutions, e.g., Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Intune, HPE Universal Discovery ("HP-UD"), BMC Helix Discovery (previously ADDM)

Expertise in Microsoft stack of technologies, including SQL Server, Windows Server, Active Directory, Internet Information Services

Desired Skills

Experience with Flexera's solution(s) or other IT and Software Asset Management tools like ServiceNow Software Asset Management, Snow License Manager / Atlas, USU License Management (Aspera SmartTrack), Certero for Enterprise SAM preferred

Experience with Cloud Management Platforms, e.g.: CloudHealth by vmware, Morpheus Data, Snow/Embotics

Ability to build reports and dashboards using business intelligence software like IBM Cognos, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or others
