Job Description

Purpose: Responsibility is to accurately calculate, process and distribute rebates to customers. Ensure accruals for assigned customers are accurate in system. As needed, assist the Program Manager on projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Calculate customer program rebates based on agreements
  • Submit calculations through approval process, to Accounting for processing and send backup of payment to customers
  • Review GPO rosters and notify Finance of revisions needed in JDE
  • Coordinate setting up of new and revising current accruals based on agreements
  • Process deductions in Get Paid database as needed
  • Communicate with Customers, Sales and Finance as pertains to agreements and payments

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in MS Excel (ex: pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
  • Knowledge of MS Word
  • Knowledge of JD Edwards and Cognos preferred but not required
  • Organizational skills
  • Detailed-oriented to ensure accurate, thorough, and timely payments and reports
  • Written and oral communication skills
  • Must be self-motivated
  • College degree preferred but not required
