Adaptable Human Solutions Clinic is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct ongoing and thorough assessments that cater to the unique needs of each patient, ensuring a tailored approach to treatment.
  • Maintain open and productive communication between supervisors, direct care staff, and families or guardians involved in patient care regarding their progress and therapeutic needs.
  • Develop and present a structured schedule of appointments, home visits, and observations that ensure the effective monitoring of client progress and program implementation.
  • Coordinate all necessary home visits, incorporating in-home observations, chart reviews, and interactions to provide comprehensive evaluations of client conditions.
  • Ensure adherence to the established program plan, facilitating patient outcomes through effective implementation and therapy techniques.
  • Actively participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and other relevant sessions, contributing insights and feedback to improve client care.
  • Complete accurate and timely monthly and quarterly progress notes which reflect client progress and identify areas for adjustment in treatment.
  • Organize training initiatives to ensure all staff members are proficient in the implementation of programs and documentation processes.
  • Facilitate follow-up interviews and home visits to continue providing personalized support for clients, ensuring their ongoing needs are met.
  • Maintain organized records to ensure transparency and accessibility of patient information to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison with the community and mental health organizations to foster relationships that benefit patient advocacy and support.
  • Assist in developing training materials and procedural documents to enhance program effectiveness for individuals served.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele comprises a diverse spectrum of individuals, including children, adolescents, adults, and families seeking support for various mental health challenges. As an LPC at Adaptable Human Solutions Clinic, you will engage with clients from differing backgrounds, focusing on personalized treatment strategies that cater to specific individual or family needs.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Possession of an active and unrestricted LPC license within the state of Texas.
  • Minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical framework.
  • Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, trauma, or other relevant fields is highly desirable.
  • A strong grasp of legal and ethical standards as they apply to mental health practice.
