As a remote position, you will engage with clients from the comfort of your own home while utilizing a secure telehealth platform that ensures confidentiality and accessibility. Our work environment promotes flexibility, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while adhering to a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. • Conduct virtual therapy sessions using a secure telehealth platform, ensuring a comfortable and confidential setting for clients.
• Develop, implement, and revise personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and clinical presentation.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support as necessary, employing evidence-based techniques to de-escalate situations and ensure client safety.
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and ethical client records, in compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, engaging in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and refine treatment strategies.

Your primary focus will include a diverse population of clients facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will have the opportunity to work closely with individuals from different backgrounds, allowing you to apply your therapeutic skills and cultural competence effectively.

• A valid California license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
• A minimum of a Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• At least two years of relevant experience in therapy, mental health, or counseling.
• Exceptional virtual communication skills, with a strong ability to create rapport and connect with clients in a remote setting.

• Experience working with telehealth platforms or delivering treatment via virtual means.
• A background in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care.
• Familiarity with community mental health resources and practices.

This role offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 115,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience, along with a robust benefits package.
