• Maintain accurate and timely documentation while adhering to regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with all state and federal requirements.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies to support clinical assessments and treatment processes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement effective positive behavior support plans, actively contributing to the larger therapeutic community.
• Participate in licensing and accreditation processes, fulfilling organizational requirements and enhancing service delivery standards.

• Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director based on organizational needs.
