• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' emotional and mental health needs, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and evidence-based practices.
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to address a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and effective documentation of treatment plans.
• Engage in regular case consultations and participate in ongoing professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers, referring clients to additional services or resources when necessary to ensure comprehensive care.

Your expertise will directly benefit a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. • A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active licensure in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in providing therapy in a mental health setting is highly preferred.
• Strong familiarity with holistic and integrative approaches to mental well-being, emphasizing the interconnectedness of mind and body.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trusted relationships with clients.
• A demonstrated capacity to work autonomously while also thriving in a collaborative environment.
