Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based on individual client needs and goals.
  • Utilize the telehealth platform to engage with clients through video sessions, audio messages, and digital worksheets.
  • Track client progress, adjust therapeutic interventions as necessary, and maintain regular documentation adhering to best practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training and supervision, utilizing peer support options available through our therapist network.
  • Proactively manage your schedule and patient demographics to align with your clinical expertise and personal preferences.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adult clients experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, weight management, or grief. Our focus on low acuity cases allows you to build therapeutic relationships effectively while addressing the unique needs of each individual.

Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Possession of a valid license as a LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or PsyD in Washington State.
  • Reliable internet connection and a working phone and computer (desktop or laptop; tablets are not supported).
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with online therapy modalities and telehealth practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with utilizing technology for client interaction and engagement, including goal tracking software.
Compensation and Benefits
